These terms govern use of os.socrates.la and requests for information about ONE HUB. The website presents a commercial product overview; it is not an online storefront, binding offer, license agreement, guaranteed reservation or commitment to deliver services.

Descriptions, screenshots, visuals and diagrams illustrate capabilities and potential applications. Some content uses fictional sample data or illustrative layouts. Actual feature, integration, scope, delivery and service availability depends on any specific proposal or contract.
4. Presentations and contracts
This site does not process automatic purchases or display prices. Requesting a meeting creates no obligation to buy, supply services or reserve resources. Any commercial relationship requires a separately accepted proposal and applicable terms.
5. Intellectual property and earlier releases
ONE HUB branding, site content and other materials are subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights. Important: a new commercial positioning does not revoke rights already granted in versions previously distributed under GNU AGPL-3.0 or other applicable licenses. Such versions remain governed by their own licenses. Future editions and services may have distinct terms only to the extent legally and contractually permitted; no exclusivity over previously licensed material is implied.

Third-party trademarks, libraries, fonts and other materials belong to their respective holders and may have separate licenses. Mentioning other products does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

You may browse public content and contact us through the provided channels. Unauthorized access to restricted areas, extraction of third-party personal data, interference with service availability and misleading use of our branding are prohibited.
