Privacy Policy
1. Scope and controller
This notice applies to the ONE HUB commercial website at os.socrates.la and related communication. Controller: Sócrates ONE Web Design LTDA, trading as Sócrates Creative Studio, Brazilian CNPJ 55.962.266/0001-07. Contact: info@socrates.la. Independently managed software installations may have their own controllers and policies.
2. Data we process
When visiting this site, hosting providers may handle IP addresses, device and browser data, pages requested, timestamps and technical logs. When requesting a presentation by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as name, email, organization, job title and message. The website no longer provides a public download registration form.
3. Historical registrations
Before its commercial repositioning, the website offered a file access registration form. Historical records, if still retained, may include names, email addresses, selected language or edition, timestamps and file-link clicks. Removing the form does not automatically erase those records; lawful retention and data subject rights still apply.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to reply to inquiries, arrange presentations, evaluate product requirements, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Under Brazilian LGPD, relevant lawful bases may include steps requested before contracting, legal obligations and appropriately assessed legitimate interests in security and operations. Where consent is necessary it will be requested separately. We will not automatically enroll prior download contacts in marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
5. Recipients and providers
Hosting, email services, Google Fonts and other technical vendors may process information as needed to operate their services. This presentation does not request card numbers or process payments. Linked external sites operate under their own privacy terms. We do not sell contact lists.
6. International transfers
Email, infrastructure and web-font providers may operate internationally. Applicable international-transfer requirements under the LGPD will be observed where required.
7. Cookies and sessions
The website may store language and cookie-notice preferences and use technical session cookies. The administrator for historical registration data uses protected sessions. Read the Cookie Policy.
8. Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards, including restricted access to historical records and admin functions, are used. No system can guarantee zero risk. Historical download logs have a target review period of up to 12 months, subject to legal duties, claims and backups; deletion may require administrator action. Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes.
9. Your rights
Subject to the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, blocking, anonymization, deletion, portability where available, information about data sharing and other legal rights. 10. Minors and updates
This website markets a business product and is not designed to collect information from children. We may revise this notice for technical, contractual or legal changes, publishing the current version. Future service agreements may contain additional privacy provisions.
